Terms & Conditions
Terms for using Gardien.
Starter terms for the public Gardien preview — not a substitute for counsel-reviewed contracts before paid or high-risk use.
Effective June 9, 2026
Use of Gardien
Gardien provides agent identity, verifier, approval, revocation, and audit tooling. You are responsible for your agents, users, systems, policies, integrations, and decisions made from verifier responses.
No behavior guarantee
A verified identity means the agent has a recognized passport or credential. It does not guarantee that the agent will behave correctly, safely, legally, or in your business interest.
Customer responsibilities
You must configure policies carefully, protect credentials, restrict access to your account, validate sensitive actions server-side, and comply with laws that apply to your workflows, users, and data.
Acceptable use
You may not use Gardien for malware, credential theft, unauthorized access, deception, spam, surveillance without authorization, unlawful discrimination, or attempts to bypass security controls.
Availability and changes
Gardien may change, suspend, or discontinue features, especially during private pilot and early-access stages. We may limit use that threatens reliability, security, or other customers.
Disclaimers
The service is provided as available during early access. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gardien disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages.
Contact and notices
Support, legal, privacy, and security notices should be sent through the contact page unless a separate written agreement provides another notice method.
